When publishing PicStitch, you can decide between two EULA options:
These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "EULA") are a legal agreement between you and MayaTechLab ("we", "us") governing your use of the PicStitch mobile application and related services ("PicStitch" or the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (below on this page). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use PicStitch for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms that apply to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App software except as permitted by law.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) to use PicStitch. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
PicStitch lets you upload photos, artwork, and logos to generate custom embroidery designs and stitch files. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights, permissions, and licences to use and upload any photo or logo, and that doing so does not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. You remain solely responsible for all content you upload.
Embroidery designs and stitch files generated by PicStitch (including AI-assisted enhancements powered by Google Gemini API) are provided to assist you in creating embroidery projects. Results depend on the quality of input images. We do not guarantee that generated stitch files will be error-free or perfectly compatible with all embroidery machines without user review and testing.
You agree not to use PicStitch to: upload copyrighted logos or trademarks without authorization; upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or inappropriate material; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our backend or third-party APIs; or use the App for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
PicStitch may offer auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases for premium embroidery generation features.
PicStitch, including its code, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by MayaTechLab. You retain ownership of your original uploaded images and logos; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide design conversion, stitch file generation, and design history features.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MayaTechLab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or generated embroidery files.
These Terms are between you and MayaTechLab only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

PicStitch ("we," "us") is operated by MayaTechLab. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
When you upload a photo or logo to generate an embroidery design, that image is processed by our backend and, for certain designs, by a third-party AI image-processing service (Google Gemini API) to improve stitch quality. Uploaded images and generated designs are stored to provide your design history and are not used to train third-party AI models beyond standard processing.
If you create an account, we collect basic account details (such as email address) via our authentication provider (Supabase).
Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and managed via RevenueCat. We receive confirmation of purchase status but do not directly process or store your payment card details — that is handled entirely by Apple.
We may collect basic usage analytics (such as app crashes or feature usage) to improve the app.
PicStitch uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
Uploaded images and generated designs are retained for as long as your account is active, so you can access your design history. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@mayatechlab.com.
For users in the European Union/EEA: we process data on the basis of contract performance (to provide the service you request) and legitimate interest (to improve the app). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
PicStitch is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or App Store listing.
